Hello Gallery MAR readers! I am so pleased to share with everyone my next big adventure abroad to Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, France, for a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with the well-known and respected Talia Sutra Yoga

Nestled in the beautiful French Alps at Blue Rise Retreats , I will be deeply immersed in yoga studies from dusk to dawn, practicing asana, meditation, ahimsa, and pranayama under the Ashtanga tradition. Needless to say, it will be a life changing experience, one that I am ready to embark upon but none-the-less, still feel nervous for the journey ahead. The best part is sharing my new found knowledge with my community at the gallery in Park City. I will be hosting two separate yoga nights, one on Monday, October 28th, at 6 pm and the other, Monday, November 11th, at 6 pm. I will be keeping in touch via Instagram and personally contacting those who have already expressed interest, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like to join.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to further my understanding of this human body experience on and off my mat, and for Maren Mullin, allowing me to open the gallery doors to hold space for healing and communion in Park City. I look forward to seeing you and sharing my experience verbally and physically. See you next month when I return home, until then, Au Revoir!

Here I am at Diamond Fork hot springs in Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, or Mermaid Pose.

Beautiful Chamonix, France. I will be taking my DSLR with me so expect a picturesque blog post next month!

Talia Sutra herself, even more lovely inside as she is out, I can’t wait to absorb all the wisdom emanating from this special soul.

In the tradition of Ahimsa, or Non-Harm, we will commit to eating a vegan diet for the entirety of the training.

Blessings to you all! Much love, Victoria
