Gallery MAR is pleased to host a series of photography workshops, with talented local camera woman Rebekah Stevens, this June, 2014. The focus on each class will be to assist and instruct beginner and intermediate photographers looking to enrich their skills behind the lens. Each class will begin at Gallery MAR, followed by field work around Old Town, Park City. Each class is $90 per person.

 Outdoor Photography All-day Workshop: Saturday, June 14th from 1-7pm

This photography workshop is perfect for beginner and intermediate digital photography enthusiasts.  The focus of the class will be developing camera technical skills along with the process of getting out of auto mode and into manual exposure modes. Expect composition and lighting skills specific to landscape and outdoor portrait photography, in our beautiful natural landscape. The class will begin at Gallery MAR (436 Main Street) for classroom instruction.  After we learn new technical skills with our digital cameras, we will head outdoors to photograph the beautiful landscape that surrounds Park City, applying the new skills we have learned in the classroom with the guidance of a local profession photographer.  The class will finish back at Gallery MAR to review photographs and answer questions that arose while out in the field.

Outdoor Photography Evening Workshop:  Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, June 17^th, 18^th, and 19^th from 6-8pm

This photography workshop is perfect for beginner and intermediate digital photography enthusiasts.  The focus of the class will be developing camera technical skills along with the process of getting out of auto mode and into manual exposure modes. Expect composition and lighting skills specific to landscape and outdoor portrait photography, in our beautiful natural landscape. The first class will be an indoor classroom setting at Gallery MAR to learn all about your camera and gain essential technical skills. The second class will head outdoors to photograph the beautiful landscape that surrounds Park City, applying the new skills we have learned in the classroom with the guidance of a local profession photographer. The final class will finish back at Gallery MAR to review photographs and answer questions that arose while out in the field.
